In the local spatial development plan the investment areas on the Leśna Street in Olesno are intended for: non-productive services, which should be understood as an existing or designated land use plan that complements or enhances the basic purpose, or can coexist with the primary purpose on the conditions laid down in the plan and production services, defined as services related to retail trade, repair of household goods and personal, gastronomy, education, security and social and health care, economic activity and collective services within the meaning of provisions detailing the Polish classification of products and services that do not come as projects that violate environmental quality standards and acceptable levels of emission and energy to the environment and those that do not come as projects for which preparation of an environmental impact report is or may be applicable within the meaning of environmental legislation.
It is possible to place and implement investment projects likely to have a permanent significant impact on the environment, for which preparation of the report on the environmental impact is required, in the following areas:
- Plant for the production of basic pharmaceutical products by using chemical or biological process,
- Installation of radio communication, radar equipment, according to the special requirements concerning environmental protection,
- Installation for surface treatment of metal and plastic materials by chemical or electrolytic.
In the local spatial development plan the investment areas on the Leśna Street in Świercze are intended for construction of service and production.
It is possible to place and implement investment projects likely to have a permanent significant impact on the environment, for which preparation of the report on the environmental impact is required, i.a., in the following areas.:
- Installations for the manufacture of substances by using chemical processes for the production of:
- basic products or intermediates in organic chemistry, primary or semi-finished products of inorganic
- chemistry, mineral fertilizers, plant protection products and biocides.
- Installations for the manufacture of basic pharmaceutical products by using chemical or biological
- processes,
- Conventional power plants, thermal power stations and other combustion installations to produce
- electricity or heat with a thermal capacity of not less than 300 MW understood as the amount of energy supplied via fuel to the plant per unit of time at their rated load.
- Power substations or overhead power lines.
- Installations for primary and secondary production of pig iron and crude steel roasting or sintering ore, the primary production of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals processing, secondary smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys, etc.,
- Coking plants,
- Installations for the production of cement clinker
- Plant for producing pulp from wood or other fibrous materials.
- Installations for the manufacture of paper or paperboard;
- Dismantlers within the meaning of the Act of 20 January 2005 on recycling of vehicles upon their end of life,
- vehicle processing stations,
- metal scrap shredder.
In the investment areas located at Leśna street, both in Olesno, as well as in Świercz it is possible to place and implement investment projects likely to have a permanent significant impact on the environment, for which a preparation of the report on the environmental impact is required, i.a., in the following areas:
- Installations for the production or assembly of vehicles, machinery or production of engines,
- Installations for the production of products by mixing, emulsifying or packaging of chemical intermediates or basic products
- Installations for gasification, degasification or liquefaction of coal or oil shale, or plants for the production of lubricants from crude oil,
- Installations for briquetting of coal or lignite,
- Installations for the roasting and sintering of iron ore,
- Installations for the processing of ferrous metals: forges, foundries, mills, wire plant and installations for metal coating,
- Installations for secondary smelting of non-ferrous metals and alloys thereof,
- Installations for surface treatment of metals or plastics,
- Installations for the production of boilers, tanks, vats or other containers with metal,
- Installations for the production of cement clinker
- Installations for the construction or repair of aircraft,
- Installations for the manufacture or repair of railway equipment,
- Installations for explosive extrusion,
- Installations for the production of concrete,
- Installations for the production of bituminous mixtures,
- Installations for melting mineral substances,
- Installations for the production of mineral fibers
- Installations for the manufacture of ceramic products by firing
